| The Act Of Free Forums 2007 is an act of which is a rule-breacking authoritisation in regarding the reply and text of these forums.
The Act allows the text so referred to as "junk" to be able to remain, unmoved, in its proper spot; wherever its author had put it.
The Act also stops Moderators and Administrators from moving any form of text, poll or reply from any topic. They may, however, change the words of the text to proper suit the forums.
