Actually if she goes gray then send her a message, i used to think gray ment you can't play anymore, but you still have a week or so before you can't login anymore.

offline for more than 7 days basically, i know they can come back cuz some guy from my alliance had a grey dot for 3 days and it came backgreen when he logged on again.
