It has come to my attention that junk posts are very common among these forums. It is my duty to announce that junk posts should be stopped and if there are any new subjects that you wish to discuss, a new forum should be made in the correct area. Thank you.

Go ahead. As long as a post isn't connected to the subject, it is considered junk. So 'yes', isn't necessarily junk.
